Mr. Chang is an Associate in the firm's Business Transactions and Litigation groups.

Mr. Chang has provided counsel to both companies and individuals, domestic and international, in matters relating to corporate and securities laws, business litigation, real estate, and general business law matters. He has represented clients in diverse fields such as retailers, product manufacturers, real estate developers, ornamental iron works manufacturer and a shopping mall operators.

Mr. Chang's recent experience includes but not limited to representation of:

• a real estate developer in its subdivision application;
• an aftermarket automotive wheel manufacturer in the licensing of intellectual property rights;
• a manufacturer of mass flow technology in its licensing of patent rights;
• a textile manufacturer in its collection of judgments;
• a franchisee in negotiations in the purchase of a restaurant franchise;
• physicians in corporate organization.

Education	University of California at Berkeley (B.A., Molecular Cell Biology and African American Studies, with Highest Distinction, African American Studies Valedictorian, 2002); University of California at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) (J.D., 2006).
Admissions	Mr. Chang is admitted to practice before all California Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Chang is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with the California Department of Real Estate.
