Bankruptcy and Business Litigation

Arthur Kimearned his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley,
where he received the Class of 1896 Scholarship and graduated with High
Distinction and Phi Beta Kappa. He went on to earn his J.D. from Southwestern
Law School, graduating cum laude. While attending law school, Mr. Kim was a
John J. Schumacher Scholar and earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in
Community Property, Mass Media Law and Remedies.

 

Mr. Kim is admitted to practice
in California and before the United States District Court for the Central
District of California. He is a former Vice President of the Orange County
Korean American Bar Association.
