Benigno Panahon

Mr. Panahon counsels employers with respect to employer obligations with PERM, the H-1B program, I-9 responsibilities, and sanctions as well as the establishment of corporate immigration policies. He assists businesses/individuals with immigrant visas, permanent residence and naturalization matters. He work closely with corporations to establish priorities and determine effective legal solutions. He has successfully represented corporations, universities, religious organizations and other non-profit organizations. Additionally, Mr. Panahon also practices general corporate law, having represented individuals in bankruptcy proceedings and employment/corporate matters.
Panahon graduated with a Juris Doctor from USC Law School. He previously graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor’s in Economics with a minor in Accounting, having graduated with departmental/collegiate honors and completing his honors thesis on economic globalization. Prior to joining Ardent Law Group, he interned at HALSA Legal Services specializing in landlord/tenant law, in the City Attorney’s Office focusing on gang prosecution, and was an active member of the First AME Legal Clinic. He is fluent in Tagalog, the native language of the Philippines.
