Christine Lee has over 20 years of immigration and corporate law experience and specializes in employment and family based immigration. Ms. Lee represents clients from all countries and states before the U.S. Embassy, USCIS, and Consulates. She handles labor certification, non-immigrant visas, adjustment of status, immigrant visas, consular processing, naturalization hearings, citizenship, and corporate immigration and employment matters. She develops strategies and prepares petitioning papers for a broad range of employment-related and family-based immigration benefits.
Ms. Lee received the prestigious Alumni Service Award from the University of Southern California Asian Pacific Alumni Association, where she was honored alongside California Supreme Court Justice Joyce Kennard and United States-Japan Council President Irene Hirano-Inouye. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the USC Korean American Alumni Association, is on the Board of Directors of the Korean American Scholarship Foundation, is on the Board of Directors of the Korean Community Lawyers Association (past president), is in-house counsel to the Korean Motion Picture Association of America and is in-house counsel to the Overseas Korean Trade Association of Southern California.
Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for Dongguk University Los Angeles, is on the Board of Directors of the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles, is an Ambassador for the University of Southern California, is in-house counsel to the International Students Rights Center and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Ms. Lee obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs from Occidental College. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the USC Law School. She is admitted to the California State Bar also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States and all California Courts including the California Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
