Eric Sasahara is an of-counsel and seasoned Bankruptcy Lawyer with over 12 years of experience. Mr. Sasahara routinely handles Bankruptcy matters dealing with Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 proceedings. He handles all aspects of adversary complaints for the petitioner and respondent, including handling 341 creditor meetings, negotiate and review reaffirmation agreements and motions, and appear in confirmation hearings. From personal bankruptcy matters, to corporate re-organization and restructuring, Mr. Sasahara advises our clients in successfully navigating the complex and ever changing Bankruptcy laws and regulations. Being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Sasahara is also adept in counseling clients in the tax ramifications of the Bankruptcy and advises clients on the Bankruptcy process every step of the way to ensure proper client goals are met.
