Scott, a native Korean, is an of counsel to the firm. He has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate, corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, securities laws, corporate governance, financing and international transactions. His experience has enabled him to serve clients in various industries, including real estate development, banking, financial services, telecommunications, agriculture, bioscience, technology, restaurant and hospitality.Prior to joining the firm, Scott has practiced at one of the largest law firms in the nation and worked for Federal Magistrate Judge, the Honorable Judge Kemp, as an extern clerk, and for the State of Ohio, Department of Mental Health, Department of Legal Services. While in law school, he provided pro bono legal services to the low-income neighbors, which was honored by the award of the Public Service Fellowship by the Ohio State University, Moritz Law School.
