Mr. Johnson is a Trial and Appeals Lawyer with over 125 jury trials, over 500 court, administrative, and arbitration trials and over 30 appeals in his 37 year career. He has handled a variety of civil litigation, arbitration and administrative law including real estate, construction, business disputes, labor and employment law, creditor remedies, intellectual property, business and professional licensing, business tax and permits, contract matters, securities fraud, unfair competition, trade regulation, trust litigation, insurance litigiation, condemnation, administrative and regulatory law matters and commercial landlord matters.

Mr. Johnson has appeared before the California Superior Court, California Courts of Appeals, California Administrative Law Courts, United States District Courts, United States Bankruptcy Court, United States Bankruptcy Appeals, and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Columbia Law School is an of-counsel with the firm.
