In a patent infringement lawsuit in the District Court of Nevada, Ardent was successful in obtaining a favorable claim construction of U.S. Patent No. 6,749,160 resulting in Claim 1 being narrowed in scope. Ardent partner John Tran presented oral arguments at the Markman Hearing.
