Ardent successfully obtained injunctive relief in two recent cases which facilitated the favorable settlement for two of Ardent’s clients. One case involved in a dispute between shareholders of a Los Angeles based high-tech company where Ardent Partner Hubert Kuo was able to obtain a preliminary injunction against the opposing shareholders. The other case involved obtaining a temporary restraining order against a lender from foreclosing on a commercial property due to lender violations of California law.
