Although less than 5 percent of all patent cases ever reach trial annually, Ardent has already successfully litigated a patent infringement case through Trial in the Federal District Court of Nevada.

The case involved several patents covering GPS mounting devices. Although plaintiff sought potentially millions in damages, Ardent was able to obtain a favorable monetary result for our client as a result of Trial.
